      Your contribution to something big!

      • Lead a team responsible for the overall Human Resources IT System for Bosch Malaysia locations and governance of system processes for all Bosch Malaysia employees.
      • Partner with the various HR locations and technical teams across multiple platforms to ensure the quality and performance of Robert Bosch Malaysia Human Resource systems.
      • Act as the technical point-of-contact for assigned HR functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
      • Lead and coordinate HR system implementations for Bosch in Malaysia, including the management of change requests. Manage the first point of contact team for the resolution of queries and issues related to the use of HR Systems (e.g., FIORI, COMPAS, SAP HR, HR Global, TalentHub, SkillHub, WorkOn APHRTIMEM).
      • Lead consultations and discussions with stakeholders on the HR IT Roadmap, identifying HR IT needs and implementation as per agreed service agreements.
      • Provide thought leadership and consultation on the design, development, and implementation of HR analytics tools, automation efficiency projects, dashboards, and reporting.
      • Drive process improvements and harmonization activities.

      What distinguishes you

      • Degree in IT or a related discipline with at least 5 years HR operations exposure.
      • At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership and project management role.
      • Possess first level system support experience in a customer service environment, functional knowledge of SAP HR, project experience, information management, HR life cycle processes, payroll Malaysia knowledge, employment act, Malaysia statutory will be required.

      • Independent and able to work extra hours when required to meet tight deadlines
      • Matured and self-driven personality
      • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and the ability to work long hours if needed.
