      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and support the human resources information system (HRIS), including troubleshooting and managing service tickets
      - Provide training and guidance to HR Liaisons regarding HRIS operations
      - Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
      - Assist with benefits administration and FMLA requests, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Interpret and apply HR policies, preparing necessary communications and participating in relevant meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
      - Two years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent experience in HR roles
      - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to analyze problems and formulate effective solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant HR Certification
      - Interest in progressing in the field of Human Resources as a long-term career goal
      - Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools
