What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, and complete job transactions using Workday
- Manage HR service requests and escalations via ServiceNow, resolving Tier 1 issues and escalating complex cases
- Participate in cyclical project work, managing checklists and tracking progress
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team on process enhancement recommendations, data audits, and documentation as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HRIS) and ServiceNow (ticketing/workflow)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical or healthcare setting
