      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with payroll processing by gathering, reviewing, and entering payroll-related data
      - Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and perform regular audits for compliance
      - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and collecting documentation
      - Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support internal and external audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
      - 1-2+ years of payroll experience, with additional experience in HR Operations
      - Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Ceridian Dayforce
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
