      In partnership with key business collaborators, the HR People Change Management Lead will be instrumental in providing informed strategic and tactical change management support.

      What you'll do:

      • Accountable to manage and lead several critical business transformations and organizational design initiatives to achieve the strategic priorities of the business

      • Change Management and organization design lead for several strategic transformation initiatives across the organization

      • Provide change leadership, engage teams in transparent discussions about progress against assigned change effort, ensure awareness and understanding via positive relationships enabled by trust

      • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and readiness assessments to identify project impacts, make recommendations, and assess change effectiveness

      • Partner with senior leadership and stakeholder groups to understand, document and inform change management needs and develop an effective change management strategy and plan

      • Collaborate with various business teams and external consultant(s) to build comprehensive change management plan(s), including components for organizational alignment, team member engagement, communications and training.

      • Work directly with the program team and key collaborators to identify metrics and KPIs to measure success of change management and organization design initiatives

      • Proactively identify risks, both within and outside of the project, to enable successful change adoption and work collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate responses

      • Leverage industry knowledge to effectively partner with cross functional and virtual teams across functional teams at all levels by demonstrating collaboration, adaptability, and influence

      • Provide support and mentorship to cross-functional teams to adopt organizational change methods

      • Be the brand ambassador for change in the program and in the organization

      What you'll bring:

      • Minimum 10 years of change management, organization design and HR experience with capability to support large complex transformations

      • Previous experience scoping, planning, implementing and managing large, complex organizational change programs in a constantly transforming environment

      • Change Management designation (e.g. Prosci certification) and HR professional designations (e.g. SPHR, CHRP, CIPD, etc.)

      • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams through periods of change

      • Strategic and tactical thinker with problem solving skills

      • Strong business and commercial competence with an outcomes and customer orientation

      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

      • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases pf the project lifecycle

      • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

      • Excellent organization-wide program planning and management skills

      • Demonstrated track record of success in process consulting, facilitation and presentation skills (verbal and written)

      • Knowledge & experience with a wide range of change and HR programs, including organization design and organizational change

      • Savvy influencing and collaboration skills with an ability to manage multiple collaborators and conflict in a highly matrixed environment

      • Able to build and maintain credibility and rapport with partners

      • Ability to work and achieve results through others

      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey change initiatives and strategies
