      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee small projects or phases of larger projects, ensuring timely completion
      - Assist with project-related tasks for larger projects as directed by the project manager
      - Coordinate activities of project teams, including resource identification and schedule development
      - Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups
      - Prepare project-related documentation and coordinate compliance-related activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience working with HR, change management, or managing/coordinating projects
      - Understanding of project management best practices and current technologies
      - Strong project planning and organizational skills
      - Good written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within a human resources team
      - Project management certification and/or change management certification
