What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. and Puerto Rico associates seeking HR support
- Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and reports, including benefits and leaves of absence
- Document call summaries and transactions accurately in the case management system
- Escalate complex issues to internal HR partners as needed
- Perform accurate and timely HR transactions within the HCM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Experience handling difficult callers or sensitive situations
- Background as an HR Representative in a large, fast-paced service environment
