What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and conduct data entry procedures to input employment information into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Validate accuracy of employee data and employment transactions prior to loading into HR systems
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Support employee onboarding activities, including background screenings and processing of E-Verify authorizations
- Act as an HR operational process subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to HR colleagues and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 or more years of human resource coordinator or related work experience
- Basic understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong drive and passion for innovation and creative problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-high school education and/or related work experience
- Previous experience within an HR Shared Services or Call Center environment
- Prior exposure to UKG Pro, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
