      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary responder for the HR Services phone line, addressing HR-related inquiries from associates
      - Manage benefit enrollment processes and assist with payroll/time & attendance inquiries
      - Triage and escalate HR-related calls or cases as necessary
      - Document service requests in ServiceNow for effective case management and resolution
      - Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the HR department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
      - 1-3 years of HR experience
      - Familiarity with HR applications, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
      - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
      - Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone or willing to work during those hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HR or Shared Service Operations (insourced or outsourced)
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Experience in a general or benefits specialist HR function
      - Previous work experience in HR-related roles
