Job Description

- Assist HR Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing HR Shared Services projects
- Support process mapping and documentation
- Schedule project meetings, capturing notes and action items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support change management and communication efforts related to HR initiatives
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- P.A of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Strong interest in HR operations, process improvement, and project management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
POSITION SUMMARY:
