What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary HR contact for associates, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with policies
- Assist managers with associate performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans
- Conduct investigations related to policy and associate concerns, collaborating with leadership as needed
- Support talent management processes and facilitate training programs to enhance associate development
- Partner with recruiting teams to monitor hiring plans and improve recruitment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively solve problems and implement innovative solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building and executing reports from data warehouse systems to influence decision-making
- Familiarity with multiple human resource disciplines
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies
