Job Description

- Develop, implement and maintain human resources practices related to employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management system, training and development.
- Administer welfare and benefit policies and external contracts.
- Manage general affairs including labor law.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with POAI strategy.
- Formulates general safety policies and measures to be followed by the plant personnel.
- Identify, plan, develop and implement a health, safety and environmental program in the plant.
- Framing policies for Establishing team spirits and avoid exfoliation among employees and depts.
- Implement the performance review following plant and head office policies.
- Develop employee succession plan and retention policies.
- Accurate and Timely corporate HR reporting systems.
- Facilitate department review and follow up action plans for high potential, succession plan.
- Manage day to day data exchange with administration and social organizations.
- Benchmark other compensation systems in different companies.
- Manage salary review process.
- Manage HR Administration subcontractors: payroll, housekeeping, transportation.
- Manage general office duties (reception, foreign and local visitors missions, visa, work permit, etc.)
- Propose and manage company events and activities.
- Define, manage and implement internal communication.
- Manage satisfaction survey process - Develop positive working relationship.
- Evaluate subordinates and support personnel-related activities, including staff development.
- Manage ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, IQSR and other audits.
- Participate in the programs / activities concerning OHS Hazard and Environment improvement
- Achieve WLTAR/LTAR rate, absenteeism rate and employee satisfaction level.
- Achieve cost minimization and Target vs actual for the plant.
- Effective Vendor management.
- Support managers in designing and restructuring their organization (JD, Job profile, etc.)
- Ensure each new hire go through an orientation process.
- Manage internal and external recruitments by using appropriate means to source candidates (agencies, advertisement, cooptation, people review, etc.)
- Conduct exit interview.
- Define, build and implement training and development for the employees with allocated budget and in line with corporate and site policy.
- Support manager in disciplinary issue.
- Manage relations with unions, staff representatives and welfare committee at a local level.
- Manage labor dispute at a local level.
- Propose legal and company rules regarding compensation and benefits.
- Ensure all legal compliance related to safety, welfare, labor, pollution, etc.
