What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead new associate orientation, ensuring a best-in-class experience by effectively communicating key information and resources
- Manage onboarding administrative tasks, including data entry in the HRIS and audits for compliance
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, addressing questions related to benefits, leaves, and general concerns
- Oversee the management and maintenance of associate files in a compliant digital format, conducting periodic audits
- Assist in the development and compliance of company policies, contributing to handbook updates and related items

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of related HR work experience in a dynamic organization, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and policies, including benefits administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective virtual engagement abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
- Experience with HR Information Systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
- Basic knowledge of leave of absence administration
