      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer a wide range of human resources processes and deliver services across all HR areas
      - Guide employees through HR procedures, addressing policy-related questions and supporting recruitment and interview processes
      - Address colleague concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace environment
      - Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
      - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Previous experience in HR or a related field, with an emphasis on recruitment and employee relations
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
      - Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
      - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
      - Experience coordinating training and development programs
      - Knowledge of compensation practices and market benchmarking
      - Adaptability and flexibility in a growing organization
