      Job Description:

      • This role specifically supports the client's Career Center, providing support to the client's employees with resumes, interview preparation, and career development.
      • Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting Career Center team with career workshops, developing and updating career center toolkits, updating Career Center website, updating ticket statuses in HR Service, and coordinating Career Center events.

      Requirements:
      • Career Coaching experience OR Staffing experience (resume reviewing and phone screening candidates)
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including active listening)
      • Excellent customer orientation
      • Ability to build relationships and establish rapport
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
      • Strong proficiency with computer skills, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Facilitation/presentation skills
      • Previous HR experience

      Skills:
      • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

      Education:
      • Bachelor, Disciplines: Preferred: Business, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Other Education: Business, Human Resources, Liberal Arts
