      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support, coaching, and thought partnership for staff in various aspects of HR
      - Develop and deliver trainings that enhance staff experience and promote organizational values
      - Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of strategic programs promoting diversity and inclusion
      - Provide efficient, professional, and compassionate HR support on a wide variety of topics
      - Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR role involving staff engagement
      - Experience promoting positive staff relations and organizational culture
      - Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations and give feedback
      - Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
      - Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus

      - Demonstrated experience in organizational culture work, recruitment, and onboarding
      - Experience in supporting fair and consistent performance management practices
