What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project management of the performance review cycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and accountability
- Support the implementation team in executing successful Workday deployment and system testing
- Generate and analyze employee data reports as requested by HR and business leaders
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and cleanup
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for managers and employees during the performance review cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems and data roles
- Workday HCM experience required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Pro/Partner certification (any functional track)
- SQL proficiency & BI dashboarding experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Change-management training (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA macros)
