      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain Workday enterprise-wide account management organizational structures, including data entry configuration and loading
      - Ensure data integrity by validating system data through daily input, use, and auditing
      - Develop and maintain standard Workday system queries and reports for HR staff and other end users
      - Troubleshoot customer and system issues, managing request tickets and ensuring timely resolution
      - Support the Request for Change (RFC) process for Workday configuration changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant Human Resources systems, HRIS, or IT systems
      - Exposure to data management or HRIS, or experience supporting Workday
      - Proficiency in basic Excel, with a preference for intermediate-level knowledge
      - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on timely problem resolution
      - High school diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in writing/developing basic reports in an HRIS
      - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Customer service experience, particularly with internal stakeholders
      - Problem-solving mindset and experience driving process improvements
