      The HR Technology Business Intelligence (BI) Developer plays a critical role in advancing enterprise people analytics across a global organization. This role designs, develops, and enhances the HR analytics platform (One Model), building scalable metrics, dashboards, and analytics solutions that enable data‑driven strategic and operational decision‑making. Partnering with People Insights and HR teams, this role helps improve workforce planning, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes through trusted analytics.

      This position reports to the Global Director, Human Resources Data Operations and is part of the Corporate HR Operations – HR Technology team and will be a USA-Remote role supporting multiple time zones (US Eastern, US Pacific, and UK/GMT).

      In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

      • Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑level HR analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
      • Advance the HR analytics platform through continuous improvement, innovation, and modernization, including HR data architecture, dashboards, storyboards, KPI frameworks, and new analytical dimensions.
      • Partner closely with People Insights, HR Technology, and other stakeholders to translate complex business and analytical requirements into robust technical solutions.
      • Influence and strengthen HR data quality, governance, and compliance standards across analytics platforms.
      • Contribute to large‑scale, global analytics and transformation initiatives in a highly collaborative, multinational environment.

      The essential requirements of the job include:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for degrees in technology, data, analytics, computer science, or related fields with 5+ years of experience.
      • Advanced BI & Analytics Experience: Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level analytics solutions, including reporting and dashboards, with experience working in enterprise BI, analytics, or HR analytics platforms.
      • Strong Data & Technical Skills: Experience building and supporting scalable data, including ETL processes, data models, KPI/metric calculations, and advanced SQL/PL-SQL (or equivalent) development.
      • Data Quality, Governance & Compliance Focus: Strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy, reliability, privacy, and security through testing, monitoring, and adherence to compliance standards in regulated or multinational environments (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
      • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Ability to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions while partnering with diverse, global stakeholders across time zones.

      Travel Requirements:

      • 20% travel

      It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

      • People analytics platforms and HR data infrastructure, including One Model, Workday reporting, or similar HCM reporting Platforms
      • Designing and supporting enterprise HR data architectures
      • Project management and delivery of analytics initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
      • Change management and stakeholder communications, particularly for analytics or technology implementations
      • Working in multinational or global organizations with diverse and complex stakeholder needs

      The annual salary range for this role is $93,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

      This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
