      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage HR Technology projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
      - Facilitate discussions across divisions to gain consensus on planning, design, and execution
      - Act as a liaison between business and IT to review functional and technical specifications
      - Develop and execute test scenarios and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
      - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience with UKG Pro WFM in Accruals and Timekeeping configuration
      - Previous project management experience
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking skills
      - Ability to lead discussions and define requirements with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG Pro WFM in Data Hub management and Scheduling configuration
      - Familiarity with implementing and managing UKG product releases
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior management
      - Advanced knowledge of current technologies and strategic direction of the organization
