      Qualifications

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      FORMAL EDUCATION:

      Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, human resources or related field

      KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

      Required:

      • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, track record of success in planning / coordinating projects.
      • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and Collage and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
      • Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail are a must.
      • Proven experience in managing numerous priorities and multiple projects in a fast paced environment is a plus.

      Preferred:

      • Previous experience planning events
      • Project management experience

      • Must be knowledgeable in computer systems (MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access)
      • Demonstrate skills in database management and record keeping.

      WORK SCHEDULE:

      • Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

      Responsibilities

      CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

      1. Learning & Development Content Development and Maintenance
      • Support the development and execution/implementation of new and updated learning programs and content (examples include Leadership, EHS, Marketing, Finance, and any Enterprise-driven programs)
      • Produce, facilitate and act as a resource administration for PCG Leadership Programming (iLEAD).
      • Manage Project Intake Process and associated communications, with support of L&D Manager
        • Maintain selection of projects to support L&D Manager in overall curriculum management
        • Audit current content to ensure relevancy and perform quality analysis
        • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of L&D records and metrics to track department performance and L&D course utilization and completion
      • Maintain overall PCG Curriculum (including training calendar, intake process, courses in HR Cloud Learning System, etc.)
      • Manage PCG Learning & Development needs in HR Cloud System (examples include confirming and maintaining specializations, managing course title catalog, deploying/uploading courses, driving eLearning and assessments, etc.)
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to verify and maintain Specializations (including content needs, appropriate audiences, settings, and due dates)
      • Drive Enterprise program implementation in PCG (including compliance, electives, core and nomination-based programs) through coordination with Corporate L&D, verification of participants with HR, and any other necessary tasks
      • Develop and manage communications targeted to learners and immediate supervisors
      • Manage the PCG Training mailbox and provide feedback and resolution to submitted concerns
      • Establish and maintain open communication between Learning and Organizational Development and personnel from other departments to insure effective and timely reaction to employee training needs and requirements while limiting expenditures

      2. Event Management

      • Execute successful coordination of Learning and Organizational Development events related to functional training excluding Sales (including securing facilitators, managing food & beverage, securing event venues, managing A/V equipment needs, and any on-site support needs)
      • Coordinate participant attendance across all PCG Divisions for internal events (including pre- and post-event communications, coordinating attendee travel with Group Travel department, and troubleshooting any issues affecting event participants)
      • Prepare needed event materials, such as, participant workbooks, handouts, flip charts, etc.
      • Ensure that events are executed with professionalism and an eye to detail
        • Present to wide range of audiences in training sessions including opening and closing remarks, introducing guest speakers, sharing information on logistics, etc.
        • Act as main point of logistics contact for vendor-led events. Interact with vendors as needed
      • Keep track of training expenses and use internal accounting processes and system to ensure invoices are paid on time and costs are appropriately allocated
      • Summarize and evaluate any event evaluation information to implement any appropriate improvements

      3. Department Support and Communication

      • Contribute to continuous improvement of department systems, tools, and procedures
      • Support and maintain learning and communication systems, including: PCG Sharepoint Pages, HR Cloud System, and other applications
      • Provide logistics support for department meetings
      • Complete lean projects to decrease time spent conducting non value-added administrative duties
      • Provide support for the internal payment process, including setting up new vendors and managing invoices
      • Provide translation support for communications and resources, including partnering with translation vendor and managing internal review process
