      Overview

      BigBear.ai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to manage, configure, and troubleshoot our ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS ATS systems. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the functions of ADP as it pertains to processing of payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role will also work with HR on iCIMS in various projects and initiatives applying technology implementation skills, experience and expertise, and will analyze the efficiency of our HR systems, gathering user data and monitoring performance metrics.

      The Administrator will collaborate with HR, IT, and the Finance teams to enhance system functionality and support organizational goals.       What you will do

      System Administration:

      • Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems, ensuring seamless operation across payroll, benefits administration, time & attendance, and recruiting.
      • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within both systems and other integrations, conducting regular audits and validation processes.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing disruptions.

      Reporting & Analysis:

      • Generate and analyze reports from ADP and iCIMS to support decision-making, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
      • Monitor system performance and gather user data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

      Support & Training:

      • Provide technical support to HR, payroll, and other system users, ensuring effective use of both ADP and iCIMS.
      • Develop and deliver training sessions for HR and other stakeholders to ensure efficient system usage and compliance with best practices.

      Process Improvement & Collaboration:

      • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR systems and recommend technical solutions to enhance efficiency.
      • Work collaboratively with HR, IT, and Finance teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations that align with organizational goals.

      Documentation & Best Practices:

      • Develop and document HRIS procedures, workflows, and best practices for system administration and usage.


      What you need to have

      Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

      • 2+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now
      • Proficiency in using and administering iCIMS.
      • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance functions

      What we'd like you to have

      • Experience with additional ADP modules, such as Benefits, Time & Attendance, or Recruiting.
      • Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools for reporting purposes.
      • ADP Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
      • ICIMS Administrator Certified
