      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HRIS self-service features and issues
      - Troubleshoot system issues and provide Tier 2 technical support for HRIS-related problems
      - Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR and pay policies
      - Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support strategic decision-making
      - Collaborate with HR System team members and business partners on HR technology projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with hands-on experience managing an HRIS, including prior Dayforce experience
      - Strong knowledge of payroll and employment laws and regulations
      - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data and generate insights
      - Good communication skills with the ability to respond clearly to inquiries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
      - Experience with system implementations or HR technology projects
      - Experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not required
