      Job Description

      Under general direction, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and assists with maintaining HRIS - (HCM) system. Assists with identifying data, and software improvements to fulfill organizational commitments and compliance. Ability to problem-solve, and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Well versed in HR processes, procedures, and data to ensure data validation within HCM system. General understanding of HCM database design, structure, and function.
      * Performs data entry and assists with generating routine reports and design special reports as requested.
      * Assists in HRIS implementations and/or upgrades.
      * Works closely with internal organization partners (i.e.: IT, Finance, Programs) to identify and r
      recommend process improvements for internal processing. Exposure to project-related activities
      through active participation in system-related projects.
      * Maintains HCM system to ensure data integrity, continued operations, and reporting efficiency,
      and resolves software HCM issues for internal users.
      * Assists with training and supporting internal users on system access and utilization.
      * Other duties as assigned.

      Education and Experience Requirements:
      Relevant Education:
      Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Human Resources Administration, Data Analytics
      Minimum: High School
      Relevant Experience:
      Preferred: 2 years working with HRIS or HCM system. Intermediate user in MS Excel to perform vlookups, pivots, and report creation. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
      Minimum: 1 year working with HRIS or HCM system. Intermediate user in MS Excel to perform vlookups, pivots, and report creation. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
      Certification/Licensure:
      Preferred: PHR or People/HR Analytics Certification
      Minimum: N/A
