      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration and optimization of HRIS platforms, including Deltek and UKG
      - Provide training and support to HR staff and end users on HRIS applications
      - Manage HRIS migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and system compatibility
      - Conduct comprehensive testing of migrated data and configurations prior to go-live
      - Monitor and enhance system security protocols to protect sensitive HR data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience with UKG Dimensions
      - Proven track record in configuring HRIS applications across HCM modules
      - Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and technology best practices
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG Pro, Deltek HCM, and Deltek Replicon
      - Familiarity with ADP Enterprise E-Time or ADP Workforce Manager
      - Exceptional project management and analytical skills
      - Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools
      - Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment
