      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, and Analytics
      - Lead system configuration, implementation of new functionality, and resolution of complex technical issues
      - Manage escalated support tickets and serve as tier-3 support for WFM-related inquiries
      - Design and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using WFM tools
      - Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with operational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration
      - Required expertise in UKG Workforce Management Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules
      - Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and related cross-functional business processes
      - Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or multi-site/matrixed environments
      - Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and related reporting tools
      - Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools
