      What you’ll Do

      The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) analyst is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Workday system.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Provides tier 1 technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users. Identifies process and system improvement opportunities based on patterns in tickets. Defines the level of effort for assigned tasks and communicates task and deliverable status to team members and designated stakeholders on a timely basis.
      • Demonstrates knowledge of the data required for system changes and completes data entry or edits as needed.
      • Actively seeks to provide quality services that meet the needs of supervisors/employees.
      • Creates and tests basic employee reports. Run ad hoc and established reports as requested.
      • Performs uploads for mass employee changes.
      • Assists team members with training scenarios and test cases as needed in the Sandbox.
      • Audits systems data as needed for accuracy, completeness, and security of data.

      Requirements and Qualifications

      The requirements and qualifications for an HRIS analyst may vary depending on the size, type, and needs of the organization, but they typically include the following:

      • A bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, computer science, or a related field
      • A minimum of one year of experience in HRIS analysis, administration, or development
      • A solid knowledge of HR processes, functions, and regulations
      • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Workday
      • A high level of analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      • An ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team
      • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

      Location: Remote

      Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
