What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a gatekeeper to ensure all information entering the Banner HR system is validated and accurate
- Create, update, and audit position budgets for all staff, faculty, and student employees
- Resolve Human Resources Information Systems inquiries and inquiries from department administrators
- Train internal/external clients on new processes and functionality
- Consult with subject matter experts to ensure validity of information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 3 years HRIS system experience or relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive, effective working relationships with others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Higher Education strongly preferred
- Experience using Banner HR software strongly preferred
