What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRMS
- Analyze, consolidate, and generate ad hoc reports
- Manage multiple projects related to the administration of the HRIS application and associated modules
- Serve as a liaison with IT, HR, Payroll, and third parties
- Identify and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree with 5 years of relevant experience or MS/MA degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Detail-oriented with experience working with data requiring a high level of accuracy
- Working knowledge of HRIS policies, practices, and procedures, including legal requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PS Query, and SQL
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, iCIMS, and DocuSign
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
