What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary administrator of HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and user support
- Participate in software upgrades, testing, and change management tracking for HRIS applications
- Provide technical support to HR team members and bank employees for HRIS-related issues
- Write and maintain reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, responding to ad-hoc reporting requests
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and procedures without compromising data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in software administration, data maintenance, and reporting/analytics
- Strong research, written documentation, and procedural skills required
- Advanced Excel skills required, including lookups, logical functions, and pivot tables
- Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written formats, tailoring messages to the audience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HRIS applications, particularly UKG Pro Suite
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, and Forms
- Experience in a Human Resources environment with knowledge of HR compliance and payroll processes
- Experience in administering SharePoint and Teams sites
- Experience with iCIMS Recruit and functional knowledge of system integrations
