      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting assistance for UKG Pro WFM modules
      - Ensure data integrity, configure system, test system changes, and troubleshoot functionality with end users
      - Analyze processes for process improvement opportunities
      - Support upgrades, enhancements, and testing of system updates
      - Evaluate and ensure strong practices and compliance in process management, SOX audit, data security, and privacy regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of related Professional experience and education
      - Technical skills and 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
      - Experience in UKG Pro WFM Dimensions Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics required
      - Demonstrated experience in the various functional areas, especially HRIS, payroll, and change management
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with and influence various stakeholders across the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare experience with multiple locations and system configurations is strongly preferred
      - Strong communication skills – written & verbal
      - Data Analysis capabilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, Accruals, and Analytics
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize & organize
