- Ownership of People/L&D/Recruitment reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Dashboard creation and updates for the above areas
- Data Analysis and commentary for the People Leadership Team and wider business
- Ensure data integrity and data security
- Salesforce / Sage People – superuser and system expert working with the HRIS Specialist
- Providing first line support for system queries. Troubleshooting, resolving or escalating as required
- Support People systems related projects including implementation of SuccessFactors
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in IT, Finance and the wider People Team
- Previous experience in use of HR Systems required (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Highly computer literate with advanced excel skills
- Excellent excel and system experience with amazing attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Be able to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, through timely, effective communication
- Excellent communications, written and verbal
- Must possess the ability to multi-task
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Great problem-solving skills and an ability to take decisions under pressure

The Role
The HRIS & Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting on People metrics and maintaining data integrity. They will be the primary point of contact for global People reports and dashboards both within the business and to external stakeholders.
Working in our HRIS & Data team, we will provide support and expertise for all People systems including Sage, TalentLMS, DocuSign and Rota geek. The HRIS & Data Analyst will partner closely with the HRIS Specialist and the wider People Services team to provide reporting analytics and system support for our internal HR Systems. They will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and coordinating with the People functions to produce dashboards and presentations on a monthly basis as well as ad hoc and within tight deadlines. The role will also support with the implementation of our upcoming new HRIS system, ensuring data is cleansed and accurate ahead of migration.
