Job Description

- HCM Reporting Governance for Workday and other HR business systems including:
- Performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits
- Maintenance of reporting documentation or processes
- System process updates (including system break-fix and user trouble shooting)
- Regular monitoring of department inboxes
- Assist employees with system issues or usage in a timely manner
- Process Workday inbox Business Process step transactions
- Research potential issues or department requests
- Assign service tickets to team
- System maintenance
- Reviewing access assignment changes
- Adjusting organizational structures as needed
- Workday and other business system integrations
- Monitor integration status for all integrations assigned
- Integration maintenance, changes, and initiation
- Data governance
- Maintain and optimize data structure as it relates to HCM in workday other business systems as necessary
- Document and maintain system processes, procedures and Job Aids as needed
- Provide support and assistance throughout the department as needed

The HRIS Associate provides support and assistance to the HRIS team. This includes organizational tasks, research and analysis, basic system maintenance, and regular audits.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8-5pm
Compensation: $22.00-$25.00
