      Your role:

      You will be the gatekeeper of Quadient’s HRIS ecosystem and your expert focus will see you specialise in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration.

      You’re role involves coordinating and documenting HR process specifications and ensuring consistency across the organisation, in collaboration with the Center of Expertise and the Local HR Business Partners.

      You will oversee the development of new or redesigned systems, reports, policies, and procedures, managing relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensuring the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.

      You will consult regularly with other division or department management in developing company-wide use of HRIS salary planning and reporting functions, and you will establish data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.

      You’ll be designated as the company’s spokesperson for HRIS, you’re also in charge of responding to inquiries and educating other employees about using the software.

      What you bring:

      • You’re able to demonstrate proven expertise in Workday, HCM Core, Administration, Security, Data Management and Reporting.
      • You possess a strong understanding of key HR processes and Payroll local accounting and tax regulation.
      • You’re an expert in Excel, able to work comfortably with Macros and Functions, and you’re able to demonstrate your experience in data visualization and modeling, particularly with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
      • You can demonstrate good working knowledge in databases and basic scripting.
      • You possess fluent spoken and written English and you’re able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels across different departments

      Our Hiring Process:
