      The Lane Construction Corporation is one of America's leading construction companies, specializing in large, complex civil infrastructure. Lane also specializes in tunnels, metro and railway systems, as well as airports and water and wastewater treatment plants

      Responsibilities

      • Establishes processes governing the optimal use of HR systems.

      • Collaborates with IT to implement new platforms.

      • Manages relationships with HRIS vendors to ensure optimal support.

      • Ensures end-user needs are prioritized.

      • Maintains documentation on HR systems, interfaces and technology infrastructure.

      • Identifies and supports training of users on HR systems.

      • Investigates, researches and evaluates HR technology.

      • Manages HRIS system maintenance, table integrity, test audit controls and external audits.

      • Identifies HR systems enhancements that improve productivity, increase service and/or reduce costs.

      • Designs and generates HR reports, statistics, and data analysis to support HR and management operations.

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • 6 years of experience HRIS program experience
