      Deluxe is expanding its HRIS/Workday team. Specifically, we are looking to enhance the level of expertise in the Benefits and HCM modules as we continue next-stage implementations.

      We excel in a proactive approach to problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective utilization and continuous improvement of our HRIS systems to support our organization's strategic goals.

      Job Functions:

      • Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS

      • Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, new features, and functionality within Workday.

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HRIS with other business systems.

      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless transitions.

      • Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging Workday capabilities.

      • Monitor system security and data privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information.

      • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday.

      • Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support decision-making.

      • Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday or HS/GED and 7 years

      • Has led system implementations and/or upgrades

      • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and security

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      • Must be 18 years of age or older

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday.

      • Workday experience with 3 or more modules

      • Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users

      Compensation

      The compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
