What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve support tickets logged by clients within the ticket management system
- Coordinate client open enrollment events and implement necessary configurations
- Analyze systems and processes for improvement opportunities
- Coach and train clients on effective utilization of the HRMS system
- Develop and lead analytics strategy for providing necessary data and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience with UKG Pro
- 1-3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of HR system workflow and ability to make recommendations for user efficiency
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with HR and benefits enrollment systems
