      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of the ADP Time and Attendance module, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws
      - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Time and Attendance analysts and administrators
      - Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and successful integration across systems
      - Conduct regular audits of time entry, approvals, and accrual balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in time and attendance, HRIS, or payroll operations, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity
      - Hands-on experience with ADP Time and Attendance or similar enterprise-level systems
      - In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, FLSA, and multi-state/local labor laws
      - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx
      - Demonstrated success in conducting audits and implementing process improvements
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
      - Self-starter with the ability to lead with minimal supervision
