Gathering and document user requirements
Troubleshooting and resolving Integration issues, suggesting improvements
Prepare PICOF, PECI, Payroll Integrations,
Ensuring effective change management and communication
Managing data cleansing and mass data uploads
Assisting in testing new HR Technology releases
Participating in system-related projects and enhancements under the optic of Workday Integrations
Writing test scripts and coordinating User Acceptance Testing
English Level B2+ (minimum required).
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent: computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Workday functional knowledge and experience in global projects, data structure and security.
Knowledge of Workday Studio & BIRT
Basic Knowledge of Workday Integrations Technologies, Rest API
K nowledge/experience in Workday Exten d desirable
Experience with HR IT cloud-based systems and process integration.
Understanding of HR Technology vendors and implementations in multiple markets.
Kno wledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.
Ef fective workload management and prioritization capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
Experience in service improvement.

As a HRIS Workday Integrations Specialist you will be providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for HR Technology platforms, work closely with end users to gather requirements and find opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you'll be involved in data management, testing new releases, and contributing to HR technology design and maintenance.
