What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Handling tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Potential for advancement and upward mobility across the entire Retail Company in the Home Shopping Network family of brands
- Reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
- Bilingual Spanish speaking opportunities available
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
