      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations
      - Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
      - Analyze account data and provide personalized service for each caller
      - Report to an assigned Supervisor and adhere to a set schedule
      - Troubleshoot technical problems and partner with IT when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
      - Must reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
      - Self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
      - Headset compatible with employer specifications and high-speed internet connection
      - Completion of a paid training period with required attendance and participation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Experience in customer service or retail environments
      - Familiarity with navigating multiple systems and screens
      - Strong troubleshooting skills for technical problems
      - Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of styles
