      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline legal and compliance operations globally
      - Assist with regulatory affairs, including managing licensing and examination requirements across U.S. states
      - Support contract administration by drafting, reviewing, and coordinating negotiations for partner agreements
      - Maintain compliance with internal controls and certifications, managing required training and operational validation
      - Collaborate with senior leadership and outside counsel to address complex legal and regulatory challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in an in-house legal team, legal technology team, or corporate law practice
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience in reviewing and navigating complex contracts and regulatory requirements
      - Strong aptitude for leveraging technology, particularly AI, to solve legal challenges
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with legal technology as a Product Manager
      - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the travel industry
      - Demonstrated ability to translate legal requirements into tech-enabled solutions
      - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing complex issues
