What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement environmental programs and processes across the North America HUB
- Act as a coach and advisor to leadership on environmental management practices
- Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee environmental incident reporting and investigation processes
- Propose and track environmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental, or Occupational Health Sciences
- Minimum 8 years of HSSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations related to air, water, waste, and remediation
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and environmental management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as CHMM, REM, or CSP
- Experience with ISO standards
- Familiarity with digital tools related to environmental management
