What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub for email campaigns and marketing automation
- Partner with the Community Lifecycle Marketing team to drive email channel growth
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations in CRM systems
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to track campaign performance
- Educate and support internal stakeholders on HubSpot capabilities and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and A/B testing
- Proven experience in building lifecycle campaigns from inception
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
