      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technical implementation and configuration of HubSpot across multiple client accounts, ensuring scalability and alignment with client objectives
      - Architect the full customer lifecycle using HubSpot tools, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
      - Design data models, lead scoring frameworks, and lifecycle stages that connect sales, marketing, and service data
      - Create and implement automation workflows, email sequences, and integrations with third-party tools
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements, user journeys, and technical specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience with proven success in complex implementations
      - Strong understanding of HubSpot's APIs, workflows, custom objects, and integration best practices
      - Experience architecting end-to-end CRM solutions across multiple business units or teams
      - Proficiency in technical scoping, data modeling, and platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar
      - Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment or RudderStack
      - Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and HubL templating language
      - Knowledge of Google and Adobe Analytics
      - Experience in agency or consultancy environments managing multiple client projects
