      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical guidance to the Valuation Advisory - EPC team for HUD scope ESAs and PCNAs
      - Oversee select client accounts to achieve strategic business objectives
      - Manage and coordinate activities of technical staff, including in-house and contracted associates
      - Review reports to ensure they meet quality standards and client protocols
      - Develop EPC business with clients and support revenue growth initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related discipline
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial building evaluation and design, with knowledge of HUD standards
      - Mastery level knowledge of building systems including site work, structural, building envelope, and MEP
      - Demonstrated qualifications to perform consulting services for HUD standards
      - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in developing strategic solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, or expectation to obtain within one year
      - Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Proven ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders
      - Experience in overseeing technical staff and mentoring team members
