Job Description

Provide coaching, problem resolution, and guidance to all levels of employees and managers regarding employee relations, policies and procedures, grievances, discipline, conflict, and career growth.
Oversee employee leave processes, compliance, documentation, and leadership engagement for all company leave options including maternity leave, parental leave, sick leave, and bereavement leave.
Execute HR programs with a business partner, people-centric approach ensuring a safe, supportive, and productive environment for everyone.
Manage risk to the company by ensuring compliance requirements are met in respective areas of the HR function including but not limited to annual audits and employee relations.
Assist in building a culture which inspires and motivates employees.
Foster commitment to diversity and inclusion, equal employment opportunity, team building, and development at all levels of the organization.
Initiate, design, and lead HR projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
2-5 years of broad HR experience.
HR experience in business process outsourcing, contact center management, or sales preferred.
Proven successful project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or CIPD certification.
Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various report outs.
Working knowledge of HR practices and principles, all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations in Ireland
Able to handle high levels of confidential information.
Excellent judgment, planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence key decision makers.
Committed to a high degree of service-orientation and consultative interaction.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise of employment laws, processes, and procedures.
Experience with HRIS and Workday systems.

About the Human Resources Generalist:
MarketStar is looking for a Human Resources Generalist that will partner with our People Success teams to create innovative and impactful solutions that can be applied to our teams in Ireland and Europe. This position acts as a front-line consultant and administrator that works collaboratively with employees and managers to align human resources processes and solutions to meet business needs. The person in this role will partner with business leaders across MarketStar, providing support and guidance to managers and employees regarding leaves of absence and job accommodations, employee relations coaching, performance management, talent processes, policy and procedures, and HR data management.
