      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic advisor to align business objectives with HR initiatives and policies
      - Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group
      - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed
      - Provide performance management guidance to leadership, including coaching and employee development
      - Collaborate with various departments to support employees and management in achieving organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field
      - 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in resolving employee relations issues
      - Proficient knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation practices and federal/state employment laws
      - Experience working with unions and familiar with labor relations
      - US Citizenship is required

      - Experience in defense contracting is a plus
