      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support in payroll, recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation
      - Assist the HR Manager with payroll processing, including data entry and review
      - Respond to payroll-related inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary
      - Support the onboarding process and maintain accurate employee files
      - Conduct orientation and training as needed for new employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
      - General knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulatory compliance
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
