What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in activities related to the operation of the Wisconsin Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force
- Coordinate victim service referrals and law enforcement activities
- Prepare newsletters and educational materials
- Support grant deliverables achievement
- Collaborate with various law enforcement and victim services partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education, training, or experience in working with the criminal justice system or victim-based crimes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Qualtrics, and analytical tools/programs
- Report writing skills, including database management and communication of sensitive information
- Intake or processing of law enforcement tips or reports
- Experience in advocating for crime victims and understanding human trafficking concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human trafficking and advocacy
- Understanding of multi-disciplinary teams with victim service providers and law enforcement
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other languages mentioned in the job description
